Your Staffing Needs
We know what you’re up against when it comes to meeting staffing needs. Draw on
our
knowledge base and pool of professionals to extend your team. All of our
therapists have a Master’s Degree and possess an ESA certificate. They all
have an American Speech and Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical
Competence (ASHA-CCC) or are currently pursuing their Clinical Fellowship
Year certification (CFY). All of our therapists are supervised and mentored
by Speech Connections employees including CFY candidates.
Job Placement
We place therapists only in the State of Washington. We know this market and
research our clients carefully. We offer full-time and part-time placements.
Each placement is reviewed
carefully with the therapist and the school district to help address any
questions or concerns. Once we make a placement, we stay in touch to make
certain the match is working well for everyone involved.
Transitioning into your district
We take pride in our ability to transition smoothly into a district. We provide
training and
mentoring for our employees so that our therapists are ready to start providing
therapy in a timely manner. Our therapists follow your policies and procedures
while they’re at your facility. However, they count on our company for all
employee-related services and benefits, so you
don’t have to worry about these administrative issues.
Because we strive to work closely with your district to make the right match, we
get to know your district, and your staffing needs. Realizing that training
contractors requires significant cost and time, we provide mentoring on our end,
so you don’t have to.
